ARB ......Where to send for repair in UK.???

Hi
I suspect my ARB.........MAY NEED A REPAIR !
No signal        .Blue lights flashing but no white flashing light ...
I suspect aerial connector..
Where is the best repair/service dept . in UK..  to get it checked over .

Do remember that the RB has a TWO year guarantee, so unless you damaged it yourself, it should be repaired under the guarantee.

Thats good, but I bought mine on e-bay.no Guarentee..

However it has the serial number on it .....which might determine its age !

Air nav Support asked me to contact them direct...................have done so 3 times, but no reply,! !
[ in connection with my faulty ARB.]

Is there a problem with server ??????????????

Have a similar problem with my box but it works ok when I reset USB.
Only emailed yesterday but get the feeling I wont get a quick response.

The antenna is OK ...............Also the RB sma  is sound .......
even reloaded entire software.................but no joy.....................can see network traffic OK ,!

I think that it is possible that you do not have the RadarBox driver installed correctly- have you watched this video on the AirNav support page?

Can you see RadarBox in the USB properties window as shown here?

Fair play to AirNav support who got back to me today. Not solved the problem but a response within 24hours is nice.

That,s OK.......I use the Airnav Support email link  [since last Friday] ,but no reply.................I wonder if they have been going into thier Spam Box??

I found your mail in my servers  "spam Box " DATED  last Fri.27th.

I am now about to send it off to W&S   well wrapped up !
