Picture Download Issue

Good afternoon,

Does anybody have a cure for pictures that download blurred when new aircraft are picked up by ANRB version ANRB60002?

*File/Preferences/Radarbox download aircraft picture check ticked = blurred unusable photo

I don't normally have photo downloads on but tried it to have a look. The photos I downloaded are OK.

Can you give a couple of registrations of the ones you are seeing blurred to let me have a look for myself

Just some registrations will do to allow me to look at them on my systems

Also I presume that this has just started being an issue for you and is this with all photos or just some.

Hi Alan,

No been a constant issue since V6.001.001 and V6.002 came into effect.

V1 shows G-OBYH blurred and V2 shows G-TTOB with no effect at all and crystal clear.

Hi Alan,

Sorry this is for all new aircraft with photo's available to be downloaded. Preinstalled photo's seem to work OK.

I would suggest that this is a sizing issue going from a large picture down to a very small one but I will email Airnav Support and ask them to have a look at it and see if there is anything that can be done, I don't believe it is anything to do with the software version.

Hi Alan,

That was my initial conclusion but not being tech savvy I wasn't sure if it was something I could fix myself or within the program and if other users suffered the same problem but not reported it before?
