Reset Polar Diagram

I would like to reset my Polar Diagram.  How do I do this?  Can I save my old one and later restore it?

You can't save your older one. You can reset by going into File -> Preferences.

You can't save your Polar diagram to restore it, but you can save a screenshot.  If you want to make the diagram easier to see, filter out most of the aircraft before you save the screenshot.
