asiawatcher, you should see the route displayed using ICAO codes in the MyFlights list, and as airport names in the aircraft details box - example attached.

Okay, then this is the known issue where the route is not checked locally if flight transitions from network to local.  Will hopefully be fixed in v2.1.

You'll only get a route if the aircraft has a Flight ID.

Okay, I'm out of ideas, sorry.  At least 2 of those Flight IDs are in my routes table.  Are the Flight IDs in your routes table?  Maybe contact Airnav support for help.

Asiawatcher,

Open your Routes Database in RadarBox. File -> Database Explorer - Choose Routes for the table. Scroll down to the bottom, do you see values in the the CH column?

Also did you use upgrade to RadarbOX 2009 or have you always been using RadarBox 2009?

Hi CH column is empty all along, no values

I have always been using radarbox 2009 as i bought the hardware 2 days ago

i downloaded the version you got on website first

http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/anrb20setup.exe

to check out the demo 1 day before i buy radarbox then i seen that on the cd provided it has a slightly newer version called ANRB201Setup.exe

so then i installed that version over the 20 one i think without uninstall

do i need to uninstall and reinstall ?

cheers
