WHY i dont get route information from any aircraft ? + time issues

like subject says i get no route information in the corresponding column ni the grid for any aircraft considering their route or where are they going, why ?

also data tracked show 2 hours behind than the actual GREECE time how do i change that ? I already stated my timezone in the software and said im in athens/greece so why airplanes tracked arent in my local time ?

Sorry I don't have an answer for you but I'm having trouble with routes not showing too. Even the routes I add manually and are saved don't appear.

I'm sure you do realize though that if there's no Flight ID then no route will show.

Do you have network aircraft turned ON?  If so, then this is a known problem - see http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=1623.msg12800#msg12800

To adjust MyLog to local time, in Preference, tick the option for "Use Local Times for MyLog".

If your not connect to the internet it cannot try and download the routes. The route data is not sent by the aircraft so we have to look it up using databases.

Connecting to hardware allows you to see the local traffic.

Connecting to network traffic allows you to see other RB owners traffic.

I believe you need to be connected to network traffic to get routes.

asiawatcher, as long as you're connected to the internet, you should get route lookup on your local traffic.  So, some diagnostic questions:

1. Do you get registrations okay?  Do you get photos downloading okay?

2. Give us a few examples of Flight IDs where you're not getting the route.

any flight id's really, yesterday it was klm1581 and swr1842 from swiss

all flights i get have no routes all of them im connected on the net but im not participating no the network traffic i only care for local one

Morning Gang

I'm not getting much route information on my logs yesterday i only had about 20 Routes showing out of 355 flights logged!!!!!

Flights which were showing routes last week are not showing now, anyone know why?

Strange.  For me, out of 176 flights yesterday, 157 have routes.

Have you got any specific examples of Flight IDs that are not showing callsigns.  And were you running with "Get Flight from Airnav Network" ticked?

so where are the routes from that paste ? it displays the route as code only not displaying the actual destination in words ?

 in my grid under the ROUTE its empty while it should say.. LUTON for example right ?
