Local time an hour behind actual?
« on: September 25, 2008, 04:14:55 PM »
My Windows XP Pro machine is displaying the correct local time for my location in California but RB thinks it's one hour behind in the Local Time display.
We are on Pacific Daylight Time and the RB seems to be displaying Pacific Standard Time, or the GMT -08:00 without factoring in Daylight Time.

Any way to fix this?

Thanks!

RadarBox displays UTC time which is does not change with daylight savings. UTC at the moment.

Can you give us an example of whats its your showing on your screen?

Similar situation here in the UK on my RadarBox, whereby none of the clocks agree!

PC Clock showing: 1900hrs (BST)
Actual UTC time: 1800hrs
Radar Box (bottom right) : 1800hrs (UTC)
Hover mouse over England [Local Time] (bottom left clock): 1800hrs
In the middle of EGBE and EGBB

In my case local time Pacific Daylight Time in Los Angeles, CA USA is actually 11:08 AM; RB Local Time shows 10:07. This is in the RB screen next to latitude/longitude coordinates at the bottom of the main window.

Ah ok we thought you meant the time on the bottom right hand side.

We will investigate and see whether this can be fixed.
