Hardware Support - Excellent Response!!

Wanted to drop a note to say a big thanks to the Air Nav team.  They seem to come in for a bit of stick on some of the sites so I thought I would give them a pat on the back as it is well deserved.

I reported a hardware problem on July 18th (USB plug came loose) which required a return of my box.  I was due to go on holiday shortly afterwards, but to the great credit of the Air Nav team (particularly Ankar Sherwani) they sent me out a replacement to my holiday address and it duly arrived on Monday July 23rd.  This was exceptional turn around and I was very impressed.  Whilst I was unhappy with the hardware failure the response has been perfect and I could not have asked for more.  Thanks Again!!!
