What is the delivery date? Will the aircraft be delivered in Hamburg? What will be the delivery route?

The aircraft is handed over to qantas today (19 of september) and will arive in sydney on the 21st of september. It will probebly be flying from the factory to Singapore then on to sydney. My RB will be up and running for the arrival:-)
I believe the aircraft will be delivered in Hamburg, or were ever the A380 is delivered

Cosmoc,

Understand from PlanePlotter forum that QHA6008 - VH-OQA is due at Sydney 09:00 AEST Sunday 21st September and is due to do a flypast over the harbour/bridge.

If it was a Concorde, I could understand the anticipation and excitement - it's only a double decker after all.     Now, if the pilot did the flypast under the bridge ....................!         Does anyone else remember the Airbus slow pass that did a bit of hedge trimming...................?
(Tongue very firmly in cheek, although Brian Trubshaw allegedly barrel-rolled 002, and told his co-pilot to unwind it!)
