No Network & No Photos
« on: August 26, 2008, 04:35:29 PM »
Hi,

I downloaded the new upgrade and found that mylog was not working. So, having read other threads I uninstalled airnav and then installed the new full version. This solved the problem with my log but now network is not working and I have no photo' despite having the photo option ticked. I have Vista business on the computer with Norton anti virus. Any help in laymans terms would be very welcome.

Regards
DG

Hi DorsetGooner,

As mentioned in a earlier reply to your post on another thread. You need to check your firewall permissions for RadarBox 2009 and allow it access to the internet otherwise it cannot download pictures or connect to the network.

Support,

Thanks for your reply. In the other thread I thought I had replied to your reply to another user by mistake......if that makes sense. I am still having problems trying to identify how to stop my firewall blocking ANRB. I have gone into my Norton centre but still can't figure how to stop the firewall blocking ANRB. I am not very technically minded as you have probably gathered !

This site may help you to set up your firewall.
