hi all,
I am very disappointed with airnav and the way they treat customers. my first order for the box was put on june 22nd. after a long row of emails airnav now turns to not answering my mails, because I am still waiting for the box to arrive. no info. has anyone of you out there made experiences like these?
btw I live in southern germany.

For the purposes of this topic the reasons due to the delivery issue are personal to hb6060 and we would not wish to disclose these details to the public as they are sensitive. However everything was done to get contact with the customer.

I have had the same experience as well. After ordering quick delivery!

BTW: Henk what is your position if I may ask? I am also located in the Netherlands.
