Downloaded the upgrade - very impressed - and have not encountered any of the 'problems' mentioned previously.
But I have come across a different one. Callsigns and routes are not appearing in MyLog.
Any ideas why?

Can you confirm you see the Flight tab and it has details but no columns for Callsigns and Routes?

Miguel,

If you have an FTP program, you can FTP to your web hosting domain and actually see the file structure.  I use WSFTP Pro.

For example, the web page with my RB picture is:

http://www.ruyton.demon.co.uk/html/airnav_radarbox.html

but I save the picture into this directory on the server:

/docroot/radarbox/

This is because my web host has told me to put all my files in the /docroot directory, just like the example Support was talking about /public_html/

You will only get a route if that aircraft was displaying a callsign when you detected it live.  To demonstrate this, click on the first aircraft in MyLog (top half of the window) and watch what happens in the bottom half of the window.

Press the cursor down key to go through all the records one by one.  Sooner or later you will see callsigns and routes appearing in the bottom window.

There are no columns for Callsigns and Routes in the Mylog panel.

Columns from left to right are:-
ModeS, Registration, A/C type, A/CName, ModeS Country, airline, ADSB First Time, Last Time and Comments.

To do a complete new install, I renamed my old RadarBox directory, then I installed using the full install file at the start of this thread.

I suggest you do the same.  You will still have all your old files.  Try a new full install to get a working version of RadarBox, then we can talk about trnasferring your old database maybe.

And in the bottom half of the MyLog window under "Flights for Selected Aircraft"?

Callsign - Route - MsgCount - StartTime etc

Did you do a full install Steve, or an upgrade?

Just confirm that you have aircraft in the MyFlights list as well as the Network list?

We are happy to announce that we have just finished a change in our flight data server to enable alphanumerical callsigns to be properly decoded. So from now on callsigns like EZY67HP will have their origin/destination retrieved from our server.

Looks like your upgrade did not go correctly. Uninstall RadarBox 2009 (go into the directory as well and delete any files remaining) and then install the full version and run that and confirm to us whether that works ok.
