Have just downloaded the upgrade. Everything seems to be working Ok other than my Network flights show not connected, is this a system problem or my set?

As you are using a new RadarBox exe file, you have to allow it to connect through your firewall.  I use ZoneAlarm and just click the "Allow always" warning that comes up the first time you run the new exe.

OK, thanks, Airnav & Allocator.  I wasn't having a go, but I was probably a little unsure about what to expect regarding the routes - which is why I wanted to get some factual feedback before the new version was released.

As far as the satellite download is concerned, I think I've sussed it - I was expecting France to be in the list!  Got it now, thanks.

DC

No problem DC :-)

Those alpha numeric callsign/route tie-ups are a pain in the **** and that's for sure!

A silly question, but is this as simple as stripping off the last character if it's a letter rather than a number - or is it more complicated than that?

A quick demo of the FTP upload in action.

http://www.ruyton.demon.co.uk/html/radarbox.html

This facility is great for showing a friend just what Radarbox can do, as you can position the map anywhere to show traffic for that location - just remember that any changes you make to the map on your screen takes 5 minutes until it's uploaded.  A simple bit of html code refreshes the page every 60 seconds.

I'm not sure.  I don't know how FD6 works internally.  Just putting BMA67G into the Flight Identifier field at http://www.flytecomm.com/cgi-bin/trackflight works.  I've got FD6 configured to use Flytecom first.  Just putting BMA67 in doesn't work, so you can't just strip off the last character.

Attached are the routes FD6 has successfully looked-up over the last couple of weeks:

Sometime it is other times there is more than one letter in the Flight ID and to make it worse sometimes what might be BMA67G is in the flight plan database as BMA679.

Anyhow the SQL database is there for intelligent guys and gals to create something to catch these ones. Otherwise the Route updatings works brilliant.

Since the new version 2.0, my computer crashes when I'm running Airnav Radarbox. I use Windows Vista......

Further, the program is not faster than the previous version on my other pc, who is quite some ears older (Windows XP).

So my first impression is that version 2.0 is NOT fast and stable........

Can you send us more details such as machine specs, when it crashes etc..? It was thoroughly tested by us and beta testers on this forum. Also we  see its being used by 50+ for the last few hours users and you are the first to mention this.

So we expect something else is causing your issue.

 Flight Tour Feature - scroll over all tracked flights automatically;

I still dont get it.

Anyway, how long is the FTP screenshot upload interval?

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with MyLog?
When I open it the list is blank and even the Quick Filter Box is empty, no drop down options?

Working okay here:

That probably doesn't help solve your problem though.  Sorry.  Maybe try restarting ANRB.

The computer gives a blue screen and thereafter it starts up again.

Here I give you the failure details from windows:

Name of problem:   BlueScreen

Hmmm,

I'm now trying brute ignorance and a little bit of force. I've uninstalled and will do a full reinstall and see what happens!
