I assume you have AVG Anti Virus installed. If so do the following,  double click on the AVG icon next to clock on the right hand corner of your screen.

Go to Tools -> Advanced Settings -> Execptions (under Resident Sheild) -> Add path -> Enter your path to AirNav Systems which is usually:

C:\Program Files\AirNav Systems\

(Location may be differen if using Vista)

Then click apply and run RadarBox 2009 and tell us whether it works.

Sorry but problem now fixed. I looked thru a number of passed e-mails on the forum and the penny dropped. Yes it was the AVG. Suggest this is added to the download page to remind idiots such as me to check.

Thats done the trick although 2009 is a little slower on starting.

How do I know what version I am running?  Just got the Radarbox yesterday, do I need to upgrade to version 2?

Hi - if the title bar at the top of the screen says "AirNav RadarBox 2009", then you're running the latest version.

If it doesn't say that, then download the latest version (the full one, not the upgrade) here: http://www.airnavsystems.com/RadarBox/support.html

Anyone else noticing that the daily report only gets mailed once?  Restarting the program gets me a report the next day, but then no longer.  Do I have to restart every day?  Thanks!
