A bit close over Birmingham airport?

Is it me or are D-AVRL and G-ODSK a bit too close over Birmingham airport?

I see that it's network traffic. I think the user who provided this traffic doesn't see the planes below a certain altitude. The aircraft is still on the screen for a certain time after timeout and that's why it's possible that a second aircraft shows up on the same spot, same altitude. I have the same "problem"  with traffic landing in Brussels.

You can adjust your Network Flights timeout settings to prevent network flights remaining static on the map after contact is lost.

Thanks for the advice regarding Network Flights timeout settings.  I had a feeling there would be a simple solution.
