newbie problem

hi everyone

this is my first post after purchasing a anrb a few days ago
i must say i am well impressed with it .
but i do have a problem the software loads fine and runs without a hiccup
but when i close it down and then re,open it, i type in the activation codes
of the cd wallet in the boxes and it will not run. the start up box just sits there. the only way i can get it to run is to re,load the software by using the cd again.
am i doing something really silly. p,s it is running on a high spec lap top under xp but with no
internet connection

which version are you using? is it 1.5? you don't have to keep entering your password, just enter login details and tick remember me.
