Local time and live data at time

why does my local time say 20.14 and live data time say 20.14..when my pc clock and the actual time is 21.14..the time and date are set correctly in prefrences

The time displayed is UTC or Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) which is one hour behind British Summer Time.
