Working of the RadarBox

Hello All,

During the last two weeks im am working with the Radarbox. I am verry anxious t0 know how it works at yours.

However by me does not work:

- AirNav ACARSdecoder in combination with the Radarbox;

- the "Alert" function does not work. If I want the system should send an email this does not work;

- adding a new aircraft to the database gives no results; i.a.w. when a new aircraft is added it will not appear on the screen a next time when it is in my area of reception. I am asking me where we can update our aircraftdatabase?

The first problem (ACARS) I reported to support but there was no solution until sofar.

These problems have been noted are being worked on for a patch. We should have news soon. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
