Although the application starts automatically with Windows, is there a way to automatically connect as well? Sometimes Windows automatically reboots during the night and the RB login popup becomes overlooked waiting for me to press connect. Is there a command line switch to enable auto login perhaps?

Yes there is - it's:
"C:\AirNav\AirNav RadarBox\ANRB.exe" /connect

You can enter that as the Target in the RadarBox icon properties.
