Hi Alan,

I've sent several emails over the past few months asking for any update and keep getting the response they will ask the dev...which of course they never reply back to me with an update. I'm now trying to call them at (813) 995-3211 but it just goes to a generic voicemail. Do you know if that is correct phone number or what phone number I can try?

Thanks Alan.

I just found this phone number that at least seems to be to the AirNav voicemail system 1-800-401-2474 (US). I will try it and see if I can get anywhere/reply with AirNav. Not looking good though.

It would be nice if AirNav would acknowledge and fix this issue some of us are having. I'm using one of their XRange2 boxes that I purchased. Not sure if they would be willing to replace the XRange2 if their software broke it. Otherwise I will just unplug it and move on to another site to feed.

I'll report back here for others if I have an update.

Thank you Alan for doing that...much appreciated.

I believe a couple other forum members (Vantage and Turbo) mentioned on page 1 of this thread they were having same/similar issue as well...unless I misunderstood.

FunFly is correct: He is *NOT* the only one having this problem. As I documented in Reply #6 on: August 30, 2023, 04:35:25 PM in this thread I have had the same problem for months.

FunFly

At the request of the CEO can you provide me with the email address you used to contact support with your queries.  Please PM me with your details.  He also asked for your receiver serial number but I note it is PGANRB501139 and have passed it on

Just noted your reply, thanks

Alan - happy to report it appears to be fixed as of this morning. No question marks by the aircraft. Looks like they may have made an update / bug fix. Hopefully others that reported the same problem are seeing their issues are fixed as well.

Please pass on the results if you can and a big thank you!
