Invalid email/password

Good morning,

Was able to install 6.02.003,  it is recognizing my Flightstick, I have a valid radarbox account..

But..

When I enter the username and password  I get an error  that says invalid email/password.

Have started the program as an administrator, both do not work.

Have sent an email to support but they have not responded in a bit to the next steps.  Thoughts?

Heard that they have to refer to their developers.
Is this an issue related to a server on their side?


Tried installing the application on two other systems and they all have the same error.

No idea on that but the developers will hopefully fix the issue you are having at the start of the week

Hi Alan,

I replied on my email to support on Monday and just now,  I have not heard anything back from them.  Is this typical, or do you have any other suggestions?

I am advised that the issue was escalated with the developer this morning on receipt of your email

How do you know V6 is recognising your stick if you cant open it?

When the app boots the splash screen says that it recognizes the device,  but really not sure since I can't login to the app to see if it works.

Have done none of that - the directions on the legacy page seem like the stick should work with the legacy software.  Unless those directions are not clear.  I cant log into the application at all to see how it works.

I presume you have downloaded and installed the stick drivers as well as the software?

Yes,

The issue is the application is not recognizing my radarbox24  username and password that I created.  I verified that it is correct by logging into the web site.

The application sees the device,  just cant log into it

Thanks, I was just making certain

In the meantime the data sharer software http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/rb24/RB24DataShare120Setup.exe should hopefully allow you to see your data on RB

Once it is up an running advise support of your EXT***** sharer ID and they will link it to your account

Datashare doesn't work without a valid account, I get the same username/password error..


oh well, I guess i have to wait

I have three accounts now under different email addresses,  and none of them work when going to log into the AirNav V6 radar box account,
