Grounding ADS-B antenna

After doing some research and getting advice from expert HAM radio operators, it appears that you need to ground the ADS-B antenna IF:

The center conductor is NOT grounded to the shield of the coax/connector..

If the center conductor IS tied to the ground then no ground is necessary.

I purchased this little unit and installed with no appreciable degradation in signal..
