Xrange2 PLEASE HELP

I got my xrange2 but the ADS-B status show stopped. Already sent email to support but no one reply.

They aim to reply within 24 hours.  You should receive an automated response on receipt by Airnav, if you didnt get the auto response they have not received you email

You are showing as online but no data being sent.  Try unpowering leave 5 minutes then power up again.  Also check the connection to the router
