You should see it in Control Panel/Devices and Printers/Unspecified and is names RTL2832U

If you cannot get it to work also try the Zadig drivers from https://zadig.akeo.ie/

Hi Alan, just received my Flightstick and having same problem so thought I would jump on this Topic.
I was running 6.01.001 with a MicroRB. I simply inserted the Flstck and ran the Drivers update as mentioned above. When opening RB, it does not recognize the Device.
Looking in Control Panel as above I see the RTL2838. It shows Driver as unavailable. A right click on Properties shows Hardware with 2 Bulk-in, Interfaces and a USB Composite Device - the latter shows working OK but the two Bulk-ins show Drivers not installed and No compatible drive available. Running Troubleshooting does nothing.
Re-running the Drivers.exe does nothing.
Any suggestions?

Hi Geot

(1) Download Zadig.exe from http://zadig.akeo.ie/ .

(2) Plug the Dongle (FlightStick or ProStick or DVB-T) in your Windows Computer.

(3) Follow the steps below:

Double click Zadig.exe to run it.
The window below will open.

.

On main menu, click “Options”.
On the drop-down, place a check mark beside “List All Devices”.

.

From list of devices, select “RTL2838” which is actually DVB-T or FlightStick or ProStick.
Now click button which will either say “Install Driver” or “Reinstall Driver”

.
.

Hi Alan, all fixed and working, great improvement over my MicroRB.
Note, when the Flightstick is inserted on the PC, in Device Manager it did not show as UTL..., but as "Bulk-in, Interface", times two, and that was what I had to look for on Zagit.
Just in case someone else has a similar problem
cheers
