Hi

Download and install the V6 software https://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB60002Setup.exe into c:\ Airnav dont install to program files location

Download and install the drivers for it https://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/ANRB-Drivers-20161222.zip

Connect the box and start up the software hopefully all should be OK

Dear runway 31 I have carried out what you said to the letter but no joy still cound not make it work.

Runway 31

No idea what to advise you Andy.  It should just a matter of instaling the software, connecting the equipment and powering up and starting the software

Its impossible for me to see what you are doing from a distance

Hi deedaa_andy

Did you manage to get yours to work?

I have installed the software to Windows 10, Installed the drivers, Connected the antenna, opened the software, but nothing is showing on the Map...  There are aircraft flying closeby (confirmed on online ADS-B feeds).

Did you manage to get yours to work?

Many thanks

Hi
I am trying to reinstall Airnav v6 software and the drivers zip file on my windows 10 pc from the Airnav website.
I am blocked from doing this, I think from the McAfee protection software on the pc.
This is the message I receive.

"You can't visit www.airnavsystems.com right now because its certificate has been revoked. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later."
Advice would be welcome how to overcome this problem.
Many thanks.

Suggest that you try pausing your anti-virus and try again

I use Norton and have just tried them here and they are downloading with no issues

Remeber and restart the AV once done

Hi Alan
Thanks for the advice, and also for seeing if you can gain access to the sites, to confirm the problem is at my end. I will do what you suggest tomorrow when I have more time.
Regards.

Ive downloaded the Software and also the Driver Installer. Followed the steps on the RadarBox website but for some reason the Drivers never gets loaded or recognised by Windows. When I go to Device Manager and manually try to update the Drivers, it states it could not update.

I then contacted Support, who sent me the advice below, but it results in "the driver update failed":

1.) Restart your machine. Ensure nothing is running and connect the FlightStick
2.) Download the Zagdig software from
https://github.com/pbatard/libwdi/releases/download/b721/zadig-2.4.exe

3.) Run the zadig-2.4.exe in Admin mode.

Open the Zadig executable and choose "Bluk-In, Interface (Interface 0)". If no device is shown select Options -> List all devices and see if appears (it will be RTL382..). In any case, it must shown at least "1 device found".

The driver to be selected is WinUSB on the selection below and then click install driver/replace driver.

I have uninstalled the Software and drivers several times to re-attempt the installation, with no avail.

The AirNav Software opens up, but it states "Hardware not Connected" so no airtracks are displayed.

Thank you for your assistance.
