LAPTOP not saving settings

Hi,

Everytime I open the Radarbox my laptop opens as a new installation, so all the settings are lost and have to reset them all.
What am I doing wrong ?
Never done this before.

Ensure you close down using File/Exit dont use the cross top right

And before closing down go into window>record desktop>yes.
That usually does the trick.
