Author Topic: Setup new stick, but my station information is incorrect on New Stations  (Read 2432 times)

I had setup my new RadarBox stick and had registered with my email account, but now under new stations, it is showing my station as located in Rochester NY, when it should be showing Bowmanville, ON.

Everything I have set in RadarBox windows and RadarBox24 share is correct.  It should be showing up for Bowmanville, ON, Canada.

In my account setting on RadarBox, my station (EXTSHA195455 (X-CYOO-6)) is not listed under my "Your Stations".

How can i correct the location?  All the propagation info on the map, looks actuate, but is centered over Rochester, instead of my location on the iPad.

I have amended the location details,  Click on Edit next to the location and enter the Lat/Lon and click Exact Location etc

Thanks Alan,

I am new here and I am probably blind as well.  Where is the location that I should be able to edit? I have checked my account details on the web site and ios and I cant find anywhere to edit my location details.  There are no stations listed under "My Stations".

On the Windows legacy software, i have the correct location info.

The range circles for my station are still centered at Rochester.

See attached.  Possibly it may not show until it is linked to your account

Contact [email protected] advise the email address of your account and your EXTSHA number and ask them to link your receiver to your account
