Its at File, Preferences. Legends and Labels
I'd forgotten about that feature - must put it to use again!

Morning Rod, my list has gone AWOL and was wondering where it is located so I might be able to reload it from a saved file.

Ah- sorry - I've got a feeling that the this will actually be stored in the Windows Registry. May be worth checking with Support.
