I noticed another Windows update for Windows 10 so installed and restarted as normal only to now not be able to sign in.

Every time I click to sign in I am getting invalid email or password pop up yet I can log in to the website fine so it isn't that my password has randomly changed.

I am trying an uninstall reinstall but I seem to always get issues after a Windows update.

That didn't work so now I'm not sure what to do?

Is AirNav having issues?

I have version 6.02.003 installed so not sure if I need to update at all?

Runway 31

Airnav is not having issues and I had no issues opening up the software.  What receiver are you using, sometimes Windows updates cause issue with the USB ports and may require the drivers to be reinstalled but can see no need to uninstall and re-install the software itself

Did you try retying the email and password

Try logging in as admin and if that doesn't work suggest that you ask support for advice

Hi Runway 31,

I have re-typed the email and password which didn't help. I have uninstalled both the main app and sharing app and those didn't work. I always open the apps as admin so that doesn't help. I have disabled my firmware and also not helped. When the AirNav RadarBox app opened and the green window comes up where it searches for the device it does fine it fine so this isn't the issue either but it seems when I click connect on the welcome sign in page there seems to be a pause like the app is frozen and then the window pops up saying the email or password is invalid.

I have just seen on the Whatsapp group that there may be an issue with log ins

That's a relief.

Can you let me know if you get any more info please as I'm on the verge of a formating of my computer which I would very very much rather not do.

Runway 31

The issue is at the Airnav end, nothing to do with your computer.  Support are aware of the issue

Thank you Runway 31 you have saved me a great deal of stress :)

Just to confirm, after restarting with the update I can't now log in, getting the username/pwd error message.

Guess we're going to have to wait for the support team to fix the problem

Dont know what you think formatting will do,  Best to ask before doing anything so drastic, there is every chance it is not an issue at your end

Back running but all my settings have been lost???  As if it is a fresh install.

Runway 31

Please be advised that some of the Airnav servers have been coming under attack this morning and you may see outages.  The developers are working hard to repel the attacks
