Search Facility Problem

Since the search facility has been updated You can only input the first 3 characters of a flight number before the system enters which is a BIG pain So to search for AA1507 you get up to AA1 then the system enters and display active flights starting with AA1 To get to AA1507 you have to cancel the search the AA1 is displayed then you add the next character 5 the system then enter again and you have to keep cancelling until you have the whole flight number THEN you get the flight you are looking for Can we please go back to the old process or update the new one

You will get a better chance of an answer if you contact support and yes I agree with your comments

Bob did you get an auto response?  You should get an auto response and then a reply within 24 hours, if you didn't get the auto response they have not received your email
