Change alert time for station beeing offline
« on: March 08, 2020, 01:10:52 PM »
How can i change the alert time of six hours for a feeder beeing down?

I need to shutdown my device during night time for several reasons where the time is > 6 hours. I do not want to get an e-Mail every morning.

Thanks

I believe its an automatic response so don't believe there is anything you can do but support may be able to advise you

Yes that was my concern too.
I know that the mail is sent automatically, but it would be good to let clients adjust this timeframe as other sites are doing it.

There is no option on the web site to allow any adjustment

Unless you communicate with Airnav and advise them of your concern they will not be able to take any action to alleviate it

Therefore if receiving an email is an issue for you I would suggest you contact them with a suggestion as I advised previously

I have seen users of other sites asking why did you not tell me it was offline!!!  They only found out something was wrong when they got downgraded for being offline

I am not saying to turn it off completely or not getting mails, but giving more flexibility in alerting.

Will ask the support
