Thank you for the detailed descriptions, but unfortunately nothing has changed.  MLAT still doesn't work for me.
I think there may be a problem with Python, because when I change the entries in etc/rbfeeder.ini, I get different logs.  As you can see at the top, it recently worked for me with the Python 3.7 entry.

Python version entry in file /etc/rbfeeder.ini is by default commented out (see screenshot below which shows a # at start of mlat line). The rbfeeder  uses the version of python which is installed matching with OS version. Please do NOT remove # from start of mlat-line of file /etc/rbfeeder.ini...

It may be possible your OS version is old (stretch or buster) and that is why mlat is not working. Please post output of following command which will show version of your OS

Code: [Select]
lsb_releas -a

Yes, I have very old images Flightradar24 based on Raspbian 10.
Unfortunately, the above idea didn't change anything.
Is the O/S update the only solution at this point?

Most likely yes, but no guaratees. Try and see. All my Pis with Bookworm have RB24 mlat working ok.

By the way, did you add your latitude, longitude and altitude above sea in your file /etc/rbfeeder.ini ? One reason of mlat not working is this information missing or wrong.

Yes, I have very old images Flightradar24 based on Raspbian 10.

Raspbian 10 = Buster
Raspbian 11 = Bullseye
Raspbian 12 = Bookworm

My 3 RPis are running latest RaspberryPiOS 12 Bookworn.
Mlat works perfectly well.

Is it supposed to mean that after this procedure the rbferder.ini file should be empty?

I didn't have to fill it in because it contained all the data.

Edit your location by clicking on EDIT to the right of your home town on the grid on the left of your station page the enter your lat/lon in decimal when asked then agree with the altutude given then save

Two methods to set location.
Try both one by one, and see with each one if mlat starts working

(1) on your station page "www.radarbox.com/stations/EXTRPIxxxxxx", as described by Alan in his poat above. You must login to make "EDIT" option appear.

(2) in file /etc/rbfeeder.ini

Please see screenshots below

While entering the values of lat (latitude) and lon (longitude), be careful to use -ve sign depending on your location. For example at my location (Canada) the lon (longitude) is negetive, so I entered the value of lon with a minus sign , like below:

lat=43.5xxxx
lon=-79.6xxxx

Please see attached image.

I see that we did not understand each other.
I don't have to enter anything because I already have this data in the rbfeeder.ini file.
The file has not changed after reinstallation and looks identical to the one here: https://forum.radarbox24.com/index.php?topic=102661.msg581951#msg581951
Previously, as advised, I removed the # before mlat.
I suspect, however, that it should be empty after reinstallation.

Your INI file should have your lat/lon/alt included as you have it

Since nothing solved @chemitox's problem, the only option left for him is to re-image his microSD card with RaspberryPi OS Bookworm
