Antenna issues, water ingress into the cable? Suggest you contact support

My ADSB targets no longer appear on my screen! If I plug the radar box into my laptop it works using same leads. The hardware box on the screen shows yellow and says checking?
Any ideas please?

If its an original radarbox, do you have the drivers installed?
