If I want to expand my system with more stations, do I use the same sharing-key on the other setups or let the system create a new one for each unit.

My feeling is let the system create a new key for each unit.  You can get each unit linked to your account

Support@airnavsystems will however be able to give you the definative answer

I have 4 keys for my 4 stations. All under same email address.
