I'm running V6.01.001 on the Win10 1703 mashine, as I'm usually using it with SDR dongles.
I installed the drivers for classic hardware only for testing if I would get the same problems you did.

There is a third thing that could got broken: The box itself.

I have tested my devices with W10 1703 and have the following to report using V6

Classic Radarbox - plugged it in and was reported in devices and printers straight away and on starting up V6 it was found to be an RB1 and on opening up got green light and picked up aircraft as expected

Micro radarbox - plugged it in and it was reported as a Realtek 2832U device, sound and video device.  On starting up no device was noted and on opening up red light.  Tried to re-install the Micro drivers but Windows would let me as it states that the best drivers are already installed for a Realtek device

Noo Elec - plugged it in and device managers reported it OK.  On starting up no device noted and red light.  Re-installed the Zadig drivers, unplugged the stick and plugged it back in.  On starting up V6 was detailed as a micro RB and on opening up got green light and aircraft on display.

So from what I have seen the only issue lies with the RB Microradarbox

Well, the RB works fine on another computer (my laptop), running a 2016 version of Windows 10. I did try a different USB cable and that didn't change anything (the original worked fine on the laptop). For this reason I don't think it is a problem with the RB itself.

I will see what happens when I update the laptop to 1703...

Well, I don't know what happened but it seems to work now on the original machine. I had the device unplugged from it and running on the laptop for a while and moved the computer. When I connected it again to the same USB port using the same USB cable it worked.

I cannot explain why this occurred and why it was reported on the splash screen but not showing up as connected in the application but I am not complaining now...

I will contact Support and let them know it is working so they don't pull their hair out to fix what appears to be a non-issue...

I checked around locally and it appears there were some Windows updates that came out shortly after I updated Windows to 1703 that affected USB device handling. These apparently came out in the weekly Windows Updates and were installed automatically. Once I restarted after those updates were installed it started working again.

This means I am not crazy. Please don't tell my wife, she still thinks I am.

I'd bet my rear off, that Radarbox (RB1) wasn't the only (old) USB device that wasn't working after Win10 1703 upgrade was installed on many other computers...

Thanks for the info.

For info of anyone with an RB stick.  You will require to download and install the drivers again following the Windows 10 update http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe
