Liverpool / Manchester airport UK ?? Newby help needed ...

I am a newby, and I am trying to find my way around this Fantastic hobby, I live nr Liverpool England, so I have been watching planes
land in both Liverpool and Manchester airports with great interest  ...

I have a Elite plan on https://www.radarbox24.com
but I have a couple of questions, that I need help with :

1) Where the country list is, on the right, I can't find the UK listed
     so how do I find it?.

2) Is there anyway to listen to the airport coms (voice) at either
    Liverpool or Manchester airport?.

The UK is not listed as it is not legal to broadcast transmissions from the UK therefore you cannot listen from any airport
