Sick and Tired of RB not working

Hi

After multiple attempts at trying to fix RB i am now about to BLOW!!! Some days it works (last night) and now RB does not! (hardware checking) This is a joke and should not happen after paying £400 when new (2008). The sticky provided for the drivers does not help users of windows 10. I am now out of ideas!

What advice did support give?

Not a lot, and were quite rude! Anyway looks like i mat have found the problem , i have a dongle plugged in and rb thinks its rb micro!

That will be the issue as it has been mentioned previously.  Plug the dongle in after you have the RB up and running and it should be OK
