Friends account still waiting forum activation

Who can I contact on the forum on behalf of a friend who after a month is still waiting for access to the forum please?

He has tried email support.

I try to click the profile of senior staff on the forums and I get the message:

An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to access this section

Burnley email me your friends email address and I will contact support on his behalf.  You will get my address from clicking the middle icon on the bottom line under my name.  If they got the email he would have got an automatic reply with a ticket number, if you could also pass this it may help.  Check his spam filter as any reply may have went into it.

Please also confirm is this for access to the forum or RB24

Thanks for sorting this issue out Alan. His RadarBox is working properly now and he's just waiting for his forum account to be activated.
