Registration details not showing

Hi All

Am currently using ANRB box as I often do, but there is a difference today. Am am not getting any registration or route details showing. This is applying to all 'My Flights', but not network flights.

I have the boxes ticked in 'preferences' and this has not happened before.

Any ideas, have I done something, or could it be a hardware problem?

Any help much appreciated.

No idea why this should be.  Try closing down and restarting RB and see if it makes any difference.  Failing that give support an email

Silly question Chris, is process hardware flights ticked bottom left of the grid in myflights

Thanks, all most as soon as I posted, one aircraft came up with all details. Since then its been sporadic, some showing for a few minuets only, some not at all.

I think it may be just 'one of those things' and hopefully will cure its self!

Chris,

How old is your computer and what type processor and how much memory to do have available.  I seem to remember users of low powered computers having problems like this which cured themselves over a short period of time.

Does unticking the network flights make any difference to your local flights.  If it does it may indicate processor or memory limitation problems.

Hope its not my laptop as its less than a year old, i5 with 8GB RAM.

I think it may be to do with internet connection, I am away from 'base' and its dodgy.

Not sure how to untick network Flights, but when I lost the internet just now, it made no difference to my flights.

An i5 with 8Gb should have no problems so not that.  The internet should make no difference to myflights as they should be self contained as everything comes from the onboard Navdata.  Network flights come from the server.  Maybe your Navdata is corrupt, download and install a new one

To switch off network, on the network flights tab, bottom left same place as for hardware flights.

Thanks Alan, yes of course not internet!

Will try a reinstall when I get home, don't want to chance it here as anything is better than nothing.
