i have recently started to receive e mail alerts  5- 6 every few minutes saying .......received registration but not much info in there, as u can see below,
i have a few alerts set up  and up to last night if they appearered i got the correct email
accordingly as far as i know i havnt changed setttings re this any body help regarding this?

What type of alerts? as the email above would seem indicate a Mode-S alert has been set. It might bot have recieved all the extra details yet to fill in the rest of the information.

the mode s box isnt ticked but still getting lots had about 15 in last few minutes seems something is wrong here

The trouble with the alerts, which I have been using for a couple of months now, is that they appear to send the message the second the aircraft enters the capture area and only shows whatever details are available at that time. Therefore, things like sqawk and flight number may not be available at first interrigation by RB.  If this info is not delayed before the sending of the email perhaps that is something AirNav can think of for a future release. It may only be necessary to delay sending after rechecking for fuller details a minute or so after first contact.
