Hi Mahmood, There is an issue with the 3D at this time which is being worked on. Also to get 3D for your box requires this to be set up at the Airnav end, please contact support with your username and password to enable this if you have not already done so. Please note this Facebook page is related to the Radarbox24 website only. Any support issues for Airnav Radarbox should be addressed to
