RadarBox 3D, 3D View

3D View option is not available for the time being because the server is being worked upon. OK. Well this was the response I received from support when asked about as to why 3D View option is not available when I ran the software for the first time and the software CD says its RadarBox 3D. I am sure I am going to get something better but my question is "WHEN"? Could someone please give an expected date or is there any way to use 3D views until the update arrives or work is completed? Moreover, when this is all settled, will my 3D View be activated or do I have to find out for my self by periodically making inquiries with support? Thanks. Pardon me from being naive.

Hi Sir,

The 3D issues were fixed a week ago, if your having issues still please contact support and include your RB login id so they can check whats happening.

The reply given to you on RB24 Facebook page, (copied below), requested that you contact support to enable 3D.

Hi Mahmood, There is an issue with the 3D at this time which is being worked on. Also to get 3D for your box requires this to be set up at the Airnav end, please contact support with your username and password to enable this if you have not already done so. Please note this Facebook page is related to the Radarbox24 website only. Any support issues for Airnav Radarbox should be addressed to [email protected] with any general questions addressed to the Airnav Forum.
