Populate help please
« on: April 09, 2008, 08:00:08 PM »
Hi all.

I know my autopopulate is working, but some a/c are not autopopulating.  I have read the other thread on this so understand why.

So i try to click on an unpopulated a/c and most of the time it populates fine.

The problem doing this 1 by 1 is that the a/c keep updating too fast, so when i look for the next a/c that hasn't been populated, when i go to click on it,  it has dissapeared higher up in the order.

So how can i put it on hold so that i can go down the list and populate those that haven't been autopopulated?

Or any other method please.

Sounds a bit confusing sorry.
Tony

Sort by registration, so that the aircraft without registration are at the top of the list.

Click on each non-registration aircraft in turn - don't wait for them to auto-populate, just go click, click, click

They will then auto-populate one after another.  You don't need to wait for each one to populate, no matter how much fun it is :-)

Thanks

Tried that but slider on left is always wanting to stay in centre.  As soon as another a/c is added it reverts back to how it was before.

I sort by Registration, then click on the first line.  Then press down on the keyboard rapidly, and that queues all the unknowns for lookup.

<Ctrl><Home> takes you back to the top of the list.
