Use of Radar Box
« on: April 06, 2013, 05:39:53 PM »
Does software have to be running to get RadarBox24?

ie Do you have to be getting local traffic with AirNav radar Box before you can get any link with RadarBox24?

My RadarBox24 wont link thro the accounts procedure for some reason.

If you haven't the box running there is no need to link in, because if nothing is received nothing is sent to the server, no Box link in is need. But it is possible that your problems may be caused by the current server problem, which doesn't seem to be fixed yet. But Airnav is the only one who can confirm that 100%. I had done the link in Procedures while at least one Box was off-line and it worked. As soon as the box was running the flight statistics were filled.

Hi flymee, no you dont need a box to use RB24 ,just log on and register.

To link, have your box connected, go to Options/Account and where is asks for Radarbox user name and Radarbox password use the ones on the Radarbox start up which are on your CD sleeve.

Then press link Radarbox and away you go, or it should.

You dont however need the box connected to access RB24.   You dont even need a box.
