Program not close completely

Guys, need your help.

I am having problem in time to finish the RadarBox. After you click quit, the program remains active and does not close completely. With that, I have to restart the computer to run again. The worst thing is that when I restart the program lose all the information from database mylog that had been captured in the previous section.
Can anyone help with this problem?

I'm using version 4.03, on Win 7 64 bit.

Hi Renato,

Close down using file/exit/Are you sure/Yes-No dont use the red X. 

It usually takes 10-15 seconds for the icon on the task bar to disappear as the data is saved.  Failure to close down this way will loose the data.

Hello Alan!

Yes, I'm using the correct output of the program from the menu File> Exit> Yes

The problem is that after ending this way, the icon does not disappear in the taskbar.

After a long time if I click on it RadarBox screen appears, but without any information or screen. Only the "skeleton" of the program.

To be able to use again, I have to restart the computer.

Now appreciate your attention and help.

Renato,

Has this problem with Radarbox just started after you have been running it OK for some time?

I am no expert but during the close down as you are aware data is being saved, looks to me like some sort of corruption in the database, maybe Support could advise and an email to them may be in order.

Renato,

Are you by any chance using the AutoFTP function?

If so be sure that the Radarbox has closed port 21, the FTP-protocol is notorious for "hanging" the port,
a program like TCPView (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437) is good to see if it's still keeps a connection.

The Radarbox software won't close until the port 21 is closed correctly. I've experienced this problem alot.

I'm not using auto FTP.

I downloaded the program and noticed that 2 ports are open after exiting the RB.

In the attached file and also show them how the program is shut down after.

Alan,

I also thought it was problem in the database. So uninstalled and installed again the RB to have a clean database. However, the problem persisted.
Furthermore, I took the same database and copied to my laptop with XP system. There is functioning normally.

I will follow your suggestion and pass the problem to the support.

The open ports are the RB feeds for externals programs.

Is the RB software installed in the "program files" folder?
From Vista and up the programs under "program files" are not located where you see them, but in a "virtual" folder, this cause problems for some software because things aren't what they seem to be.

The RB software should be installed in a folder outside the "program files" folder.

Renato existe outra forma mais rápida sem ser preciso reiniciar o PC, Ctrl+Alt+Del e fechas  processo ANRB.exe quando isso acontecer.

De resto eu também tenho esse problema....
