What is the hex being used by MONS02 as the flag comes from the hex?

Hi Dave,

Its because 03C0C9 is a miscode not allocated the any country.  Its more like a St Andrews cross than the Manx flag which has the 3 legs and it actually a white X on a dark blue background.

Why did I call the saltire a manx flag? The hex miscode explains the flags, thanks for that.
