Only way I know to see non plotters is to purchase planeplotter and become a master user to see mlats.

No, two separate programmes.  Can become a master user by paying the small annual fee.  If you had 3D you ccan use a KML file to display in Radarbox, see the seperate thread on this.

You probably need to join the Planeplotter Yahoo group where you will get help as this is probably not the right place, and first get PP going first. The following links can get you going

http://www.mantma.co.uk/pp_misc.html

http://planeplotter.pbworks.com/w/page/17117302/FrontPage

or search Amazon for the Planeplotter book

Then join the Planeplotter-MLAT group for help in getting non plotters to show. As a Rbox user you will have to buy an annual license to MLAT.  You will also have change some settings in your router to plot these aircraft.

Perseverance is the key to setting both up, but well worth it

Also MLAT depends on where you may live, I'm not sure how effective it is in the U.S.
