Set up clarification

As the proud new owner of a Fedex box, can support, or any user clarify that you dont follow the quick set up as per the CD wallet BUT wait until all software has been loaded and then plug in the box.
Has a user had any problems having done it this way ??

Install the software first, then plug in the box. Otherwise it won't have any drivers on your machine.

hello
i have recieved my Radarbox Today Friday .
I setup as instructed on the CD Sleeve the first thing to happen was hardware upload all ok
I then went to My Computer and Right Clicked CD Tray Autoran the CD Drivers installed plus program no problems
 I am now all working and have logged 189 flights so far so all good.
Mind you its more accurate if you enter your Long and Lat details to make it more accurate.
