we already have a Pristina_LYPR outline file, (should be renamed to BKPR).
heavy works are conducted there with new terminal and apron(s)
GE still shows 2003 situation, with very rough detail, so no use of making a new outline now.
once GE shows new situation, i'll be happy to make a new one ;-)
