Your 3D license is only for two installs hence it needs to be reset which we can do for you. Send us your RB login id use the support form on the contact page if your emails are not being sent to us (could be being marked as spam our end)
Alerts are still being fine tuned at the moment, we have moved our mail servers. You won't believe the amount alert emails, reports etc.. thats gets generated by RadarBoxes each day, infact soo many that mail servers cannot cope.
