Lost Mylog
« on: October 24, 2011, 12:18:14 AM »
Hi guys!

Yesterday because of a power failure, I lost all the flights from 11am until 09pm hour that gave the court.

This from the radarbox not automatically save your MyLog is a big s...., it's especially annoying because I've lost many more flights during these two years .......

WHEN TO RESOLVE THIS ???????

RadarBox does use journal files for this exact reason to write the database periodically without corrupting it. It has a certain time limit/data amount before it writes the data. Backup files of the database are made as well. This should limit database losses.

If you were unlucky enough to have the power failure as the RadarBox was reading from the database it would have corrupted it and it would have tried to load an earlier non corrupted version.
