Afternoon all

The problem started when i changed o/s a  few weeks ago from xp to windows 7 the air nav 3d will turn on but i can not get on to the network the msg that keeps coming up on the bar below the screen is unique user id exceeded any kind soul got a fix for this the box was bought second hand and was working fine on xp but not on win 7 MTIA

Hi EIME2 and welcome to the forum

You prpbably need to contact Support on [email protected] with your RdarBox number (found underneath the box).

They will probably need to set up your box because the new O/S may mislead their servers into thinking that you've installed it on another computer. Should be quick and easy (famous last words!)
